She currently serves as the Director of Technology at Gencys Group Holdings and a member of its Board of Directors, where she helps shape the organization’s technology strategy, digital transformation, software development, innovation, and adoption of emerging technologies.
She also serves as the Solutions Architect and Lead of AI Labs, leading the exploration and development of artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technology solutions designed to address real business and operational challenges.

Maychell is the Founder of Valenin, a technology company focused on building practical digital solutions for businesses and organizations.
She is also the Founder of Create and Elevate, an initiative dedicated to helping people grow, develop their ideas, strengthen their capabilities, and create opportunities for personal and professional development.
Beyond her work in business and technology, Maychell has a strong desire to use her time, experience, and resources to help others. This is reflected in TulongTayo.org, a community-driven initiative she is building to connect individuals and communities in need with people who are willing to extend support. 04Career
Throughout her career, Maychell has worked with both local and international organizations, building experience across software engineering, technology consulting, research, education, product development, entrepreneurship, and technology leadership.
Before moving into her current leadership roles, she spent several years working as a Senior Software Engineer with private companies. She also served at the Department of Science and Technology, where she contributed to technology and research initiatives.
Her journey in technology began in education as an IT Instructor, giving her an early foundation not only in understanding and building technology, but also in helping others learn and make technology easier to understand.
Maychell earned her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Cavite State University – Naic Campus.

Her journey—from IT instructor and software engineer to entrepreneur, product creator, solutions architect, AI leader, board member, and technology director—reflects her belief that technology and entrepreneurship should go beyond building products.
